Marketplace role
Made in Silkway provides a B2B marketplace for buyers, suppliers, and administrators. Users are responsible for the accuracy of listings, company profiles, RFQs, quotes, and communications submitted through the platform.
Account responsibilities
Users must provide accurate registration information, keep account credentials confidential, and notify the platform if they suspect unauthorized access. Supplier users must keep company and product information current.
Listings and RFQs
Product listings, RFQ replies, prices, delivery details, and payment terms are commercial communications between marketplace users. Final trade terms should be confirmed directly by the buyer and supplier before any transaction proceeds.
Acceptable use
Users may not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, malicious, or abusive content. The platform may remove content, reject product listings, verify or unverify companies, and block accounts where required to protect marketplace integrity.
